Patient Participation Group

Our next Patient Participation Group (PPG) Meeting is being held on Tuesday 19th June 2018 at 12 0'clock in our practice meeting room.
Please come along and support your practice. New members are always welcome.
 
Aspley Medical Centre welcomes comments, suggestions and feedback from patients, in our endeavour to provide a high quality service to all our patients.    
 
You can contact us by letter, telephone or in person.
 
Post letters into the surgery suggestion box in reception or to the surgery address:

Telephone the surgery and ask to speak to the Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager.
 
In person either speak to a member of staff or ask for the Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager.
 
Questionnaires
To find out what patients think and feel about specific areas from time to time we will distribute patient questionnaires. 
 
If you wish to be included on our email distribution list for future questionnaires and surgery information, then email aspleymedicalcentre@nhs.net stating you wish to join our distribution contact list
 
Patient Participation Group
Our patient group meetings are to review specific services we provide for our patients and your comments and suggestions to improve our services are always welcome.
If you wish to put your name forward to be invited to a patient group meeting please either email aspleymedicalcentre@nhs.net stating this or contact the surgery and ask to speak with the Practice Manager.

Publishing Feedback from Patients
A local Patient Participation Report will be published
annually on the Aspley Medical Centre website.
 
The report will include information about issues agreed to being addressed by the patient representative group, the findings of any recent patient surveys and planned future actions.
