Aspley Medical Centre welcomes comments, suggestions and feedback from patients, in our endeavour to provide a high quality service to all our patients.
You can contact us by letter, telephone or in person.
Post letters into the surgery suggestion box in reception or to the surgery address:

Telephone the surgery and ask to speak to the Practice Manager or Reception Manager.
In person either speak to a member of staff or ask for the Practice Manager or Reception Manager.
To find out what patients think and feel about specific areas from time to time we will distribute patient questionnaires.

Patient Participation Group
Our patient group meetings are to review specific services we provide for our patients and your comments and suggestions to improve our services are always welcome.
If you wish to put your name forward to be invited to a patient group meeting please either email email@example.com stating this or contact the surgery and ask to speak with the Practice Manager.

The NHS Friends & Family Test (FFT) was created to help service providers and commissioners understand whether our patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.
