Aspley Medical Centre welcomes comments, suggestions and feedback from patients, in our endeavour to provide a high quality service to all our patients.
You can contact us by letter, telephone or in person.
Post letters into the surgery suggestion box in reception or to the surgery address:

Telephone the surgery and ask to speak to the Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager.
In person either speak to a member of staff or ask for the Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager.
To find out what patients think and feel about specific areas from time to time we will distribute patient questionnaires.

Patient Participation Group
Our patient group meetings are to review specific services we provide for our patients and your comments and suggestions to improve our services are always welcome.
If you wish to put your name forward to be invited to a patient group meeting please either email firstname.lastname@example.org stating this or contact the surgery and ask to speak with the Practice Manager.
