Appointments

There are several ways to get the medical advice you need. We offer face to face appointments and advice via an online consultation (AccuRx).

If you are unwell and need to be seen the same day, please contact the practice. One of our doctors will discuss your condition with you and advise accordingly. If appropriate, the GP will arrange an urgent appointment for the same day.

Appointments are available throughout the day during our opening hours and can be booked online, by telephone or in-person at the Reception desk. Please select one of the below appointment types, to get the best suited help on time.

What are the timings for routine appointments?

Appointments are available throughout the day during normal opening hours.

Does the practice offer routine appointments on weekday evenings and on weekends?

The surgery will be OPEN on the following Saturday mornings. Please note you will need to contact the surgery beforehand to arrange a telephone consultation or pre-bookable GP/Nurse/HCA appointment.

Telephone appointments

Telephone appointments are available from a number of sources – doctor, nurse, Pharmacist, Paramedic etc.

It would be helpful if you explain the nature of your query to the receptionist who will then be able to advise you who to contact and when they may be available.

Chaperones

If you would like a chaperone to be present during an intimate physical examination, please let us know.

We have specially trained staff members who are trained in this regard, if they are not available at the time of your appointment, you may need to re book your appointment.

Interpreters

If you require an Interpreter to attend your appointment, you cannot book this type of appointment online and MUST contact the surgery directly as an Interpreter has to be arranged in advance of the appointment.
